What's up Squatch fam!
I’m super excited for this weekend and week.
As you all have witnessed, SXSW is over, and as most of us have recovered the way we needed, some of us are asking, what’s next?
In this email, we’ll cover the following in no particular order…
New Friday Class
Community Workout
Girls who Grind 6-week workshop
Fire and Ice
Feedback about Squatch
Before we jump into the events and workshops, I’d like to ask you a question.
“What would you have liked to know before joining Squatch?”
Reply to this email or send me a personal email at joelucky@squatchfitness.com
Our intention with asking that question is to help new members join our community, and we’d like to make sure we are growing together.
Okay now for the ACTIVITIES!!
Fridays at 5:30pm, we have a new class hosted by Ty Graynor called Movement Lab.
If you enjoy dance and exercise, but haven’t successfully bridged them, then I highly recommend this class to you. Even if you don’t dance but desire more dynamic movements to open up your body even more, then, yes, this is for you.
When: Fridays at 5:30pm
Where: Wolf Den at Squatch Frontier Fitness
Rate: Free for Members, $15 for non-members

Fire and Ice is this Friday too! Take advantage of the class to limber up and then go through the Fire and Ice at 7pm. ;)

Looking to level up in life?
Then look no further, Danielle Gertner is hosting a 6-week immersive workshop called Girls Who Grind. I’ve seen a few rounds of this by now, and the difference from when these women enter the program to how they leave is mind-blowing!
When: M/W/F 7:15-8:15am OR 8:30-9:30am (March 28-May 6th)
Where: Squatch Frontier Fitness
Investment: $400 (can be paid all up front *preferred* or in 2 payments of $200 each!)
F.A.Q.
Who is this small group for?
For the women who...
Are looking to build strength and muscle correctly, efficiently and in a fun ass way.
Are intimidated by the gym or lifting weights and want to learn how to do so properly.
Want to build a better workout routine and have accountability.
Want more positivity and inspiring energy in their lives.
What kind of workouts do we do?
The workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning, mobility and functional speed, agility and power. You can expect to lift weights, use all types of new equipment and challenge your body and mind.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect an overall increase in strength (we use program cards to track progress) and an increase in your overall knowledge and confidence of weight training properly.
You can also expect a lot of great conversation, lots of sweat, bomb ass music and dope vibes to start your morning!
What if I miss a workout?
All workouts will be written in a shared Google doc and any exercises that need greater explanation or demo will be videoed and uploaded as well.
Can I drop into classes?
NO! I designed this specifically as a closed 6-week container so we can build true, long-lasting strength and community. You must commit to all 6 weeks.
Do I have to be a member of Squatch?
Yes! If you are not currently a member, I will set you up as one for the class. This allows you to enjoy all the amenities of the gym (other classes M-F, sauna, ice bath, events, etc) and use the gym when we are not in sessions.

We have a new vending machine!
Our new vending machine will help you when you are looking for a quick snack, water, protein, electrolytes, etc.
As you may have noticed, the screen on the byte machine only says “Drinks” & “Snacks” for now, but within the next week or so we’ll receive our new tag order so that the screen is more descriptive of what you’re getting.
If you’d like to suggest a product for the byte machine, use the form below.
Do you know anyone who’d like to join the community?
For awhile, we’ve been pushing people to join the waitlist to get a Squatch membership. Which is still one of the best ways to get one, but moving forward friends of Squatch can bypass that as long as they email our Head of Memberships, Kourtni Mason.
Just ask them to email…
Their name
Who referred them
and when they’d like to start.
to kourtni@squatchfitness.com and she’ll reach out accordingly.
