Warrior Woman Workout
Who: Our very own trainer, Danielle Gertner

SQUATCH LADIES!
Have you heard of the most kickass community of women in Austin? You can join the Warrior Women of ATX every Thursday right here on our turf (literally) from 9-10:15am.
All you have to do is show up and get ready to sweat and connect! This workout is open to all levels and ALL women, regardless if they are members or not (so bring your girl friends)! If you'd like more info, please follow @warrior.women.atx on the 'Gram and shoot them a message.

Fire and Ice!

South Shore River Clean
When: Saturday, May 21st at 9:20am
Where: 1505 Town Creek Dr., Austin, TX (Buzz Mill Riverside)
Join the fine folks at Buzz Mill Coffee, the Lumber Society and Keep Austin Beautiful on a Saturday morning shore clean along Town Lake! We're going to be cleaning up trash via the water on kayaks, other watercraft and in waders in addition to our crew working the shore on the land. We have some kayaks courtesy of Live, Love, Paddle but feel free to bring your own.
We'll provide a free coffee drink before the event and a free burger or bbq and drink afterwards to thank you for your participation!
We'll meet at Buzz Mill Coffee, 1505 Town Creek Drive, from 9-9:30am and then head down to the lake to get started right at 10am. Dress appropriately and bring some water to drink.
Operation DEEP CLEAN
When: Sunday, May 22nd at 9am
Where: Squatch Frontier Fitness
Join the Squatch Team Sunday at 9am to clean the outside and inside the gym. Food and coffee will be provided for those who attend!
ATX Flow Jam
When: Sunday, May 22nd at 2pm
Where: Zilker Park (2207 Lou Neff Rd, Austin, TX)
The Kinis founder and fam will be hosting a Flow Jam at Zilker and it’s free to attend!
Bring the vibes, all your flow toys, and enjoy the sun barefoot.
Community Workout
When: Saturday, May 28th at 10:30am

Our #1 goal for each community workout is to create a fun & engaging environment where people can connect with others in the community :)

Girls Who Grind
SQUATCH LADIES! Are you looking to build strength and confidence in the gym and in life? Girls who Grind is a 6-week, small-group strength and conditioning class that will help you do just that.
Using barbells, kettlebells and other types of equipment and movement modalities, you will improve overall strength, mobility, speed and power. This class is a closed container (meaning you must join for the entire 6 weeks) and is only open to 6 women.
The next round starts July 11-August 19th at 8:30am. Please fill out this form if you are interested or have questions!
When: M/W/F 7:15-8:15am OR 8:30-9:30am (July 11 - August 19)
