Hey Squatch Fam!
This past weekend, many of us got our hiking shoes out and went on a trail clean.
It was a beautiful turn out!
To reflect a little on the trail cleans, I can say from my experience after being at everyone for 4 years, that as we continue to gather and clean up our trails together, we all become closer to each other, and mother nature.
And these last 4 trail cleans have been permanently etched into my memory, because of the vibes that the Squatch Community brings is undeniably beautiful. It’s radical to see the connections that are made, the laughter that ensues, the shared sigh of seeing so much trash, and the beauty we leave behind.
With that being said, I want to thank Dr. Mona Kiani for bringing the energy this past weekend to the trail clean! She really represented what it means to be part of the Squatch Community. So if you see her, give her a hug or a high five, or at least check her site out and see what fuels her.
We are currently planning the next trail so we’ll update you once a date is picked for May!

Calibrate
A healing journey through Movement and Dance
Take time to separate from the busyness of the world and dive into an evening of playful, restorative movement.
Your hosts will guide you through a somatic journey, connecting you with the body in expressive and sensory ways. Beginning with a movement practice, accompanied by DJ BlueLotus, we will return home to our breath, and explore the stream of consciousness that lives within the body. On this journey, we will open up new kinetic pathways, move from and investigate sensation, find space and expansiveness within the body, and most importantly, harmonize the nervous system. "Calibrate" your vessel and to lean into the vulnerable and healing powers of expressive movement. Celebrate the body by allowing it to reach its most ecstatic states!
Following the practice, take time to unwind and bathe in the newly created vibrations under the night sky by the fire-pit. Coleman DeWayne will serve complimentary refreshments alongside live musical artists, giving us space to listen, reflect, and bond.
CALIBRATE is a container for ALL.
No movement experience is needed. Come as you are.
