“Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.” – Marcus Aurelius
Squatch Team here extending a warm embrace as we dive into the pits of Winter with this icy week. We wanted to pop in in between your sets to give you some insight into the month ahead. But first… This February, we find inspiration in the timeless teachings of Marcus Aurelius. He reminds us that everything in the universe is interconnected and interdependent, and that the actions that we take define us more than anything.
“Meditate often on the interconnectedness and mutual interdependence of all things in the universe. All things are mutually woven together and therefore have an affinity for each other—for one thing follows after another according to their tension of movement, their sympathetic stirrings, and the unity of all substance.”
—Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 6.38
We wouldn’t be who we are as a community without all of you incredible, resilient human beings. It’s worth reflecting that the way you show up to Squatch is what makes us such a powerful force in the world, not just within the fitness community, but as leaders, entrepreneurs, healers… Every individual plays a role in the pool of greatness we are pursuing, together. Our mission is to keep being here for you during your joys and struggles, so that you may take action and be the greatest you are meant to be. Let’s remember our interconnectedness as we continue trailblazing through the New Year.
