If you are a woman looking to build strength + confidence in the gym (and life), we are getting ready to start up another round of Girls who Grind - a 6-week intimate training class that meets M,W,F @7:15am.
The workouts are a mix of strength, conditioning, mobility and functional speed, agility and power. You can expect to lift weights, use all types of new equipment and challenge your body and mind.

Are looking to build strength and muscle correctly, efficiently and in a fun ass way.
Are intimidated by the gym or lifting weights and want to learn how to do so properly.
Want to build a better workout routine and have accountability.
Want more positivity and inspiring energy in their lives.

New Class at Squatch
Warrior Woman Workout - Thursdays at 9am
ATTN Austin fitness community: Squatch is so excited to be hosting the Warrior Woman Workout for any woman who wants to take their training (and their community) to the next level.
These weekly workouts (starting 9/9) are open to ANY WOMAN in the Austin community.
Workouts will be designed to uplift and empower you while challenging what you think you are capable.
Come sweat it out and meet other bad-ass warrior women in the area.
When: Thursdays at 9am starting 9/9 - No registration necessary!

Are you using the Squatch app on your phone?
It’s the easiest way to sign up for fitness classes and wellness services.
Also, you can use the app to find all the contact info you desire for the gym and our trainers.
To get the app on your phone,
type app.squatchfitness.com into a browser on your phone.
Iphones are most successful when using safari.
Next, click the button circled in the picture and scroll down to the option “save to homescreen.”
Once the app is saved to your homescreen, you can click on it and set up your squatch profile.
You can also sign in to the gym by clicking on Gym Check-In and scanning your QR code on the tablet to the right side of the cafe door.
