Monthly RUCK & BRUNCH
A Ruck, put simply, is about getting your gear from A to B in a backpack. We'll provide the ruck sacks & weights. For those who have never done a Ruck we recommend anything less than 30lbs. If you feel like pushing your limit Go For It, we will also have regular rucking individuals who can take on a little extra weight if you choose to push the limit.
This time we are taking on the Greenbelt Hill of Life.

Time: Leave Buzzmill @ 9am

This month we are collaborating with Comfort Zone Retreats #dohardthings. Comfort Zone and Squatch hold a lot of similarities when it comes to pushing the limits of getting out of your comfort zone and doing hard things.
COMFORT ZONE RETREAT
This coming August, the Comfort Zone team takes Colorado. Leaving on a charter bus from Austin to Canon City, Colorado.
The CZR team is all over Squatch, not only as members, but also leaders of the community.
We’ve got Ellie Rome and Chistopher Linkenbach, both members of Squatch, and Ellie helps lead the breath work for Fire and Ice that also happens every month.
Sianne Boreham, who is a head of marketing and social media for the CZR team, is also a member. She will attend the workout and answer any questions you may have about the retreat.
Kourtni Mason is not only a Movement Coach at Squatch, but also leads the community workout along with Ty Graynor, and will be taking her knowledge for movement out to Colorado with the CZR team!
A little glimpse at the Colorado Retreat and examples of how the team will #dohardthings not only within Squatch Fitness, but also out into nature and all over the world.

RIVER RUDHE
Every month we will be featuring 2 trainers with their training styles and why they are unique to Squatch Frontier Fitness.
This month we have River Rudhe and Adriana Couvillion.
Introducing trainer River Rudhe, a Holistic Health Practitioner certified through the CHEK Institute. He specializes in functional strength training, mobility, and pain/injury rehabilitation.
With every client, River does a comprehensive assessment addressing range of motion, posture, core function and deficiencies within the body. He then creates a customized program tailored to your personal goals

ADRIANA COUVILLION
Adriana has been a leader in the NYC fitness community since 2012, owning her own personal training company after training alongside Dr. Pat Davidson, Kyle Dobbs, Don Saladino, and Mark Fisher. She has worked in conjunction with functional medicine doctors and spiritual leaders to understand the complexity of the human form, with clientele ranging from celebrities to models and Avengers stunt performers.
Adriana has trained in multiple disciplines including ballet, Latin dance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, yoga, TRX, kettlebells, nutrition, and energy healing and worked with Julianne Hough on the development of Kinrgy. She has been featured as a contributor and model in Shape, Muscle and Fitness Hers, and Women’s Health Magazine, where she, alongside functional medicine practitioner Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, was featured monthly while coaching the beauty editor through a full body transformation.
Adriana has been seen on stage and screen as a performer on Broadway, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The Today Show, Good Morning America, numerous films, tv shows, and national commercials. She is a classically trained ballerina, soprano, and violinist with a BFA in Theater from NYU.
Adriana believes optimal health and healing the body comes from an understanding of the internal, external, and energetic circumstances within each individual. She is often referred to as "The Fitness Shaman", and is the creator of the Ascension method, StarFire.
Class Description:
Full body Transformation 6 week class, 3X per week
*Utilizing the air conditioned Wolf's Den, the class would consist primarily of foundational movements utilizing bodyweight and kettlebells, timed intervals, and increasing in difficulty as the weeks progress. The intention is to build and solidify a solid foundation of muscle mass in detailed alignment, preparing the body optimally to build strength, move faster, jump higher, and produce more power (energy). For beginners and athletes alike.
The class will be 1hour of strength and conditioning, Males and Females are welcome. The space will be a closed container of participants, 6-8 only.
