"Every virtue carried to the extreme, is a vice."
Aristotle
We’ve got another packed month for you at Squatch Frontier Fitness, with many opportunities to engage with the community. The theme for the month is Moderation. We invite you all to dig in and discover the happiness that lies on the balance beam of moderation. Thinking about what is truly important to us, let us remember that any virtue taken to an extreme may unknowingly become a vice. As the holiday’s approach, let us also find balance by knowing what habits and tendencies do not serve our growth. This is a time to strengthen both instinct and reflection. Through our awareness we can consciously create a harmonious life, full of things that serve us, our bodies, and our communities. And remember, everything in moderation - including moderation.
Take a look the events we have coming up this month...

In honor of Thanksgiving, our community’s Give Back this month will be a 3-part collaboration with you and the BuzzMill community. We welcome you to take part in this in any way possible to help ensure our local community will be supported and fed during this holiday season.
Part One
You will soon see a large barrel at Squatch Frontier HQ where you will be able to donate common, essential items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, gloves, water bottles, bandages, wet wipes, sunscreen, tampons, nailclippers etc. that will be accumulated and sorted out into gift bags for the homeless later in the month.
Part Two
On Tuesday, November 15th join us at Squatch Lounge for a Pizza Party as we build the care packages together! Take a break from your workout to build a bag or two!
Part Three - Thanksgiving
If you don’t have anywhere to go this year for Thanksgiving, join us for our annual Orphan Dinner at BuzzMill where we will be pairing the care bags with Thanksgiving plates for the homeless. Enjoy food and drinks with your community and then bag a Turkey meal for someone else. Our work will then be shipped off and donated to the local community in need of support this holiday season. Let’s get out there and offer our kindness to those who need it!
