What’s up Squatch Fam,
It’s July already and the temps just keep rising. Shout out to you as the COMMUNITY for “Staying in the kitchen, even when it’s HOT”, keep crushing it!
We’ve got a lot of things coming up with Squatch. Not only are you guys filling the classes and events that we’ve hosted but we’ve got something new cooking and we can’t wait to open the doors.
Yes you heard that right, all the gossip about the Restoration Hive is true. August 1, 2022 we are looking to open the doors to our 20 person sauna and circulating ice baths in the building across from Spuatch Headquarters. It will be an additional add-on to the current membership. If you have any questions about the Restoration Hive feel free to reach out to Kourtni@squatchfitness.com or any of our Rangers and or Trainers.

THIS MONTH AT SQUATCH
Monthly RUCK & BRUNCH
The Ruck at the end of June last month was amazing. Thanks to all who showed up and dominated the River Place Nature Trail Canyon. Eighteen of you showed up and that marked our highest attendance yet! We will be hosting the Rucks twice a month with the next Ruck taking place on July 10th, 2022.
A Ruck, put simply, is about getting your gear from A to B in a backpack. We'll provide the ruck sacks & weights. For those who have never done a Ruck we recommend anything less than 30lbs. If you feel like pushing your limit Go For It, we will also have regular rucking individuals who can take on a little extra weight if you choose to push the limit.

COFFEE to start and lunch w/ a beverage of your choice provided after finishing the ruck.
COMMUNITY WORKOUT
You know the drill…
This month we are collaborating with a Comfort Zone Retreats #dohardthings. Comfort Zone and Squatch hold a lot of similarities when it comes to pushing the limits of getting out of your comfort zone and doing hard things. Join us this month as we #dohardthings and meet the CZR team.

YOGA YOGA YOGA
You as a COMMUNITY have asked for more Yoga events and we want to support requests as much as possible. Ask and you shall receive!
Awaken & Align your body with a Yoga class that is centered around your practice whether that be beginner or advanced. Flows are Vinyasa based consisting of a heavy focus on alignment, structure, and breath. Deepen the connection between body and mind during a 60 minute session, you will leave feeling rejuvenated and aligned!

RIVER RUDHE
Every month we will be featuring 2 trainers with their training styles and why they are unique to Squatch Frontier Fitness.
This month we have River Rudhe and Adriana Couvillion.
Introducing trainer River Rudhe, a Holistic Health Practitioner certified through the CHEK Institute. He specializes in functional strength training, mobility, and pain/injury rehabilitation.
With every client, River does a comprehensive assessment addressing range of motion, posture, core function and deficiencies within the body. He then creates a customized program tailored to your personal goals.

ADRIANA COUVILLION
Adriana has been a leader in the NYC fitness community since 2012, owning her own personal training company after training alongside Dr. Pat Davidson, Kyle Dobbs, Don Saladino, and Mark Fisher. She has worked in conjunction with functional medicine doctors and spiritual leaders to understand the complexity of the human form, with clientele ranging from celebrities to models and Avengers stunt performers.
Adriana has trained in multiple disciplines including ballet, Latin dance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, yoga, TRX, kettlebells, nutrition, and energy healing and worked with Julianne Hough on the development of Kinrgy. She has been featured as a contributor and model in Shape, Muscle and Fitness Hers, and Women’s Health Magazine, where she, alongside functional medicine practitioner Dr. Gabrielle Lyon, was featured monthly while coaching the beauty editor through a full body transformation.
Adriana has been seen on stage and screen as a performer on Broadway, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular, The Today Show, Good Morning America, numerous films, tv shows, and national commercials. She is a classically trained ballerina, soprano, and violinist with a BFA in Theater from NYU.
Adriana believes optimal health and healing the body comes from an understanding of the internal, external, and energetic circumstances within each individual. She is often referred to as "The Fitness Shaman", and is the creator of the Ascension method, StarFire.
Class Description:
Full body Transformation 6 week class, 3X per week
*Utilizing the air conditioned Wolf's Den, the class would consist primarily of foundational movements utilizing bodyweight and kettlebells, timed intervals, and increasing in difficulty as the weeks progress. The intention is to build and solidify a solid foundation of muscle mass in detailed alignment, preparing the body optimally to build strength, move faster, jump higher, and produce more power (energy). For beginners and athletes alike.
The class will be 1hour of strength and conditioning, Males and Females are welcome. The space will be a closed container of participants, 6-8 only.
