So this will be the last chance to witness Fire and Ice at its home Squatch Frontier Fitness before we go on break.
Here’s what’s involved…An elixir ceremony, breath work, primal movement, “Pathways” movement integration, ice plunges, connection, all within a community.
Oh, and yes, if you've seen the IG stories, Fire and Ice is that event where people jump into ice plunges and fire performers dazzle you with a visual representation of what's already within you.

Join us this Saturday to celebrate Austin Pride!
Come show your Pride with a coach led community workout designed for all fitness levels. This workout will be full body and full of fun.
The workout will be led by Squatch Head Trainer Zeik Molina and DJ’d by the Equality Alliances own Ryan Rastelli. We will be out on the turf with all equipment provided and with some fun surprises such as swag, sauna, and ice plunges!
Wear your most Pride themed workout attire and don’t be afraid to show some skin!

Join the Buzz Mill Shore Corps for the monthly cleanup!
The Buzz Mill Shore Corps is headed back down to the lake to get some more good work done in the Neighborwoods!
On this occasion we’re going to have a 6-person team working on invasive grasses, a 3-person team shuttled over to Snake Island to pick up trash (no snakes there), and the rest of the crew working on trash pickup along the shore!
We'll treat you to a free coffee drink before the event and free lunch and a drink of your choosing afterward to thank you for your participation!
We will provide tools and gloves but please bring a water bottle and wear work appropriate clothing. Closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, long pants, hat, sunscreen, etc.
Meet at Buzz Mill Coffee, 1505 Town Creek Drive, from 9-9:30am and then head down to the Lake.

Join the Comfort Zone Team this Sunday at the Newest Hot Spot in Austin, High Brow Low Brow to push through your comfort zones together through a community workout! Come and connect with a growth-oriented community and build friendships for a lifetime. Event will also include breathwork and ice baths, authentic relating, Open Mic, and music.
