Ruck & Brunch is presented by Squatch Frontier Fitness
A Ruck, put simply, is about getting your gear from A to B in a backpack. We'll provide the rucks & weights. We recommend anything less than 30lbs for this Ruck, because it will be a challenge for those who have never done a Ruck, or for those who are still fresh to the scene.

Time: 9 AM We meet @ Buzzmill then we will head out to River Place Nature Trail. We will then return back to Buzzmill for Brunch and a beverage.

Join us for restorative movement and dance at Squatch Frontier Fitness.

Starting this month we will be featuring 2 trainers with their training styles and why they are unique to Squatch Frontier Fitness.
This month we’ve got 2 new trainers hitting the floor and they are fired up to share their modalities with you.
Ty Graynor:
Introducing trainer Ty Graynor, a dancer of 20 years specializing in movement fundamentals and full-body conditioning. With an emphasis on form and alignment, Ty focuses on deep muscular activation to help support one’s training and overall lifestyle. He brings awareness to our ability to access both length and power during workouts. By helping clients understand their relationship to their spine, pelvis and breath, he seeks to open up new energetic pathways within the body to enhance their experience while weightlifting.
Ty welcomes all members who wish to expand their relationship to movement using more texture, expression, awareness and creativity.
Ty also has two weekly classes at Squatch in our Wolf Den.
Dates/Time: Thursdays (Stretch & Recovery) & Fridays (Core Conditioning) at 5:30 p.m.

Kourtni Mason:
Introducing trainer Kourtni Mason. While Kourtni loves to tap into her primal state through her Level 1 Animal Flow certification, that’s not the only modality she’s bringing to the table. She also utilizes kettlebells, steel mace, and steel clubs for full body strength and conditioning.
Her mission is to get people out of their minds and into their bodies, while also bringing awareness to the emotional and sensorial experiences that fitness can provide. If you are looking to move your body in traditional and non-traditional ways through playfulness and intensity, reach out to Kourtni to schedule a consultation.
Kourtni also has a weekly class at Squatch in our Wolf Den.
