It’s June and the temps are starting to rise, summertime is just around the corner and you all collectively have been bringing the heat since the new year has started.

Monthly RUCK:
Ever hear of RUCKING? Well… we’ve decided to collaborate with our sister concept Buzzmill Coffee on their rucking events that started in last month.
Rucking is a low-intensity exercise in which you add weight to your back while walking or hiking. Simply add weight to a backpack before walking or hiking. Rucking can help build strength—more so than ordinary walks or hikes.
What does rucking do for your body?
Rucking improves your all-around work capacity and endurance. Gaining the ability to cover ground under load builds a strong foundation of fitness.
Come and join us June 12th for the next Ruck meet up at Buzzmill Coffee.

Time: 9-12 am We meet @ Buzzmill and head down to Ladybird Lake trail down to Secret Beach and ending back at Buzzmill.

Starting this month we will be featuring 2 trainers with their training styles and why they are unique to Squatch Frontier Fitness.
This month we’ve got 2 new trainers hitting the floor and they are fired up to share their modalities with you.
Ty Graynor:
Introducing trainer Ty Graynor, a dancer of 20 years specializing in movement fundamentals and full-body conditioning. With an emphasis on form and alignment, Ty focuses on deep muscular activation to help support one’s training and overall lifestyle. He brings awareness to our ability to access both length and power during workouts. By helping clients understand their relationship to their spine, pelvis and breath, he seeks to open up new energetic pathways within the body to enhance their experience while weightlifting.
Ty welcomes all members who wish to expand their relationship to movement using more texture, expression, awareness and creativity.
Ty also has two weekly classes at Squatch in our Wolf Den.
Dates/Time: Thursdays (Stretch & Recovery) & Fridays (Core Conditioning) at 5:30 p.m.

Kourtni Mason:
Introducing trainer Kourtni Mason. While Kourtni loves to tap into her primal state through her Level 1 Animal Flow certification, that’s not the only modality she’s bringing to the table. She also utilizes kettlebells, steel mace, and steel clubs for full body strength and conditioning.
Her mission is to get people out of their minds and into their bodies, while also bringing awareness to the emotional and sensorial experiences that fitness can provide. If you are looking to move your body in traditional and non-traditional ways through playfulness and intensity, reach out to Kourtni to schedule a consultation.
Kourtni also has a weekly class at Squatch in our Wolf Den.
