It's time for some exciting updates from Squatch!
Firstly, we've introduced some new classes that are sure to energize your routine – for details, revisit our last newsletter.
Also, there's a change in our operating hours; thanks to adjustments required by our insurance company, we're now open from 5 AM to 11 PM. But don't worry, we're working on extending it to midnight soon.
One more thing: we've discontinued the towel service at Squatch due to issues with towels not being returned. However, you can still find this service at The Hive.

🌲Yoga at Squatch🌲
Step up your Saturday mornings at 11 AM with Greer Gregory for a chill yoga class, or get active with Maya Palacios for a more upbeat session. On Mondays at 7 AM, reset your week with Kory Lonberger's Yoga Reset to start off strong. Squatch/Colosseum members get in free, and if you're not a member, pitch in with a donation. Come on down to the Lion’s Den and join in!
🌟 Shout Out to Ruck N’ Brunch! 🌟
Discover the joys of the great outdoors with our Ruck N' Brunch series, where fitness meets friendship over the beauty of nature. Every other Sunday, we explore the scenic trails around Austin, TX, with a Ruck—a hike spiced up with a weighted backpack to make things interesting. Don’t worry about the gear; Squatch Frontier Fitness has you covered with all the rucks and weights you'll need.
This isn't just about the hike; it's about the community. We start with a warm cup of coffee and conversation, and once we've conquered the trail, we celebrate our accomplishment with more refreshments and food. It’s all on the house—free, with smiles included.
Join us this weekend for Ruck N' Life. We're tackling The Hill of Life, a trail that promises both a challenge and a reward. Meet us at Buzz Mill Coffee on Riverside between 8:30 - 8:45 AM. We set off at 9 AM sharp, so don’t be late! You'll get a token for a pre-ruck tea or coffee to start your adventure right. And when we're done, you’ll earn another token for a drink of your choice and a food ticket for a tasty sammy at JNL, ensuring you finish as strong as you started.
