Squatch Flyers Run Club
7:30am - 8:30am | Friday, Sept. 29th
Join us for the Squatch Flyers Run Club event! This isn't just a run club; it's a community designed to connect people who love running and crave for deeper, conscious conversations while they move.
Open to all fitness levels, our run club focuses on maintaining a Zone 2 pace. This isn't about outpacing each other but about setting a rhythm that allows for comfortable conversations and genuine connections as we explore the paths of Austin together.

12:30-2:30PM | Tuesday, September 12th | at First Street Studio
Check out this new dance project by our own Ty Graynor that is currently in the works right next door at First Street Studio. As many of you know, Ty, alongside his love for Squatchin', is a professional dancer, making art and producing work here in Austin regularly. He is currently rehearsing a brand new solo project set to premiere for a weekend of performances at First Street Studio November 17-19. He invites all Squatchamos to come and view his creative process this upcoming Tuesday, September 12th from 12:30-2:30PM. Feel free to come and go as you please, kick your shoes off, and see what the dancers are cooking up next door.

A: "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie. This book changed the way I think about life and every single thing about it.
