Clay Lancon
Clay Lancon is a Personal Trainer + Co-Owner of Squatch Frontier Fitness. He’s an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Body Building Certified with specialization in corrective exercise.
Clay has used fitness and nutrition as tools to replace his bad addictions with a healthy ones. The process of adopting healthy habits in regards to his physical wellness resulted in healing in not just his body, but mind as well. Clay doesn’t waste the experiences he’s had or his struggle. Instead, he uses the knowledge he’s acquired to help people who are currently struggling with addiction turn their lives around and in turn reap the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
You can typically find Clay on The Frontier M/W/Th/Sat from 10a-5p. Interested in trying Saturday Ice Plunge? He’s your man and happy to coach you through to a rehabilitating and beneficial experience. When Clay isn’t training at Squatch you can likely find him at 1776 Cheesesteak Co. where he is also co-owner.
