Join us for the Squatch Flyers Run Club event! This isn't just a run club; it's a community designed to connect people who love running and crave for deeper, conscious conversations while they move.
Open to all fitness levels, our run club focuses on maintaining a Zone 2 pace. This isn't about outpacing each other but about setting a rhythm that allows for comfortable conversations and genuine connections as we explore the paths of Austin together.

A: Dave Nuzzolo. I personally train people at Squatch Frontier Fitness.
Q: what's the most impactful book you've read?
A: That’s a pretty tough question. I can only provide more questions than hard answers here.
The audio book: Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa and the physical book: Congo Kitabu by Dr. Jean-Pierre Hallet are a few of my favorite books that I’ve found impactful.
Q: what's your purpose at this point in your life?
A: I like to ask that question to ChatGPT everyday…
Just kidding, I’m here to help and guide others along the way. The specific way that I’m driven to help and guide others is personal and based off of each individual. In general, I work within the realm of physical fitness and wellbeing. I’m learning along the way as well. I enjoy the process of development and the art of resilience.
