Saturday’s Squatch Community Workout!
This Saturday we have our monthly community workout at Squatch designed to bring our members together and push ourselves both mentally and physically.
Our monthly workout will kick off with a Meet & Greet at 10:15AM and a quick Checking in session to connect with each other and set our intentions for the workout ahead.
Coach Ty will lead the opening ceremony to set the tone for the workout, followed by Coach Bray who will guide us through Breathwork & Intention Setting to help us get out of our heads and into our bodies.
Next up, Coach Zeik and Coach Wladi will lead the movement portion, challenging our mental and physical limits in a friendly and supportive environment.
After the challenging workout, we'll have a cooldown and wrap-up session where we will HYDRATE and hear from our amazing sponsors. Our leaders will give final comments, and of course, finishing off the day diving into the COLD PLUNGE together.
What can you expect from this community workout? High vibes, new friends and connections, a challenging but friendly workout, and a community that wins together. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect, challenge yourself, and push your limits. We can't wait to see you there!
We're excited to announce a new partnership with our friends over at the Sapien Center, an ancestral health event center and social club.
The Sapien Center is a health-focused social club and event space, made for individuals to co-work, workout, sauna, plunge, and converse during the day. In the evening and on weekends, they are hosting a myriad of events such as BBQ's, Somatic breathwork classes, butchering workshops, and a venue for entrepreneurs and go-getters to host their epic events with their own communities.
