Greetings Squatch Frontier Fitness Family!
How are we doing? Are you feeling the bliss of the Spring weather out on the Frontier? Don’t sleep on April just yet, because we have plenty more in store for you before the month is out! As we enter the final stretch of April, we want to remind you that we always here to support your journey and help you accomplish whatever it is that feeds your flame. As Jim Rohn once said, "Your fate is not in the hands of the stars, but in your own hands." So let's continue to push ourselves and strive for greatness, both in and out of the gym.
Squatch Community Workout is This Weekend, and we are going BIG!
Our #1 goal for each community workout is creating a fun & engaging environment where people can connect with others in their community. Join us to sweat, connect, plunge, eat, and dance it out, this Saturday beginning at 9:15am (note the time change) on the Squatch HQ Turf! Bring your friends, family, and high vibes!
Leaders: Michelle, Ross, Noah, Bray
Following the Community Workout this Saturday we are gathering for another Standup Comedy Show in the Wolf Den lead by our own Joe Begley!
Who says comedy is only for night owls?
Join us for a midday workout of laughter. The only place where you can work on your abs and your punchlines at the same time.

He has also found his training to be more enjoyable when focused on a specific goal. This passion also extends to helping others unlock their athletic potential. We are all athletes, or warriors as Bray would say; we just need accountability and guidance to unlock our full potential. He believes in creating hybrid athletes that are STRONG & FAST but also doing it all PAINFREE. Check out his website coachbray.com where he offers training programs and free resources for mobility. He is also co-leading our new Spartans Community Workout (men’s only), which will have workouts designed for you to be a hybrid athlete.
